Zion is a very active congregation. In 2006 we celebrated the 100th Anniversary of our building and in 2008 we celebrated 125 years as a congregation. The people of Zion are hardworking and faithful. Generations of family members have called and still call this congregation home. We have regular Bible Study and Confirmation groups. We give thanks to God for all our blessings in at least two regular services of worship every week that include the Holy Communion. We are in the process of expanding our music ministry capabilities, for example, with a new men's choir. Our Zion Lutheran Women (formerly ELW) remains strong and committed to varieties of ministry. Our Social Ministry involvement in the wider community is vibrant. We are expanding our Learning Ministry efforts, especially towards life-long Christian education.
