The Way welcomes Christians and those who seek to understand Christianity in the Carlisle area. Our aim is to make contact with and encourage others to join us in our life-enhancing Christian journey.
The Way at Carlisle, Cumbria is a friendly Christian community where we welcome others to join us in our worship and service to God. Our emphasis is on learning and understanding the Bible and following the example of Jesus and his followers.
The vision of The Way is to make an impact for God, here in Carlisle, Cumbria by helping people understand the enriching messages of eternal hope given to us by Jesus Christ through His words and deeds. Come just as you are - we'd love to get to know you better.

Service Time



The Way on Wednesday
A pastorate for young adults who want to explore the Christian faith in the context of great friendship and community. Expect food, drinks, engagement with the Bible, great discussions, and friendships that will last a lifetime. We currently meet at 37 The Picture House, King Street.
Term time only every Wednesday at 8:00 PM for 2 hours
 
Student Dinner
If you're a student, come along and, for only £1, get a great two-course dinner, with lots of fun, friends and music thrown in free. We meet at The New Waterton Hall, Warwick Square, CA1 1LB
Term time only every Wednesday at 6:00 PM for 1½ hours
 
The Way on Sunday
Gathering for worship, teaching, ministry, communion and sharing a meal together. A time to be built up for our mission together. We meet at The (Chapel) at the Fusehill Street campus of the University of Cumbria.
