Denomination: Anglican Church
Our vision together is to be:
A welcoming Christian community in North Burnaby as people living God’s way sharing the good news of Jesus with the guidance of the Holy Spirit
All are welcome in this house of God. We gather as a faith community on Sundays at 10 am to sing, pray, learn, and share the bread and the wine. All seekers of Christ are invited to the table. KidsChurch is offered during part of the service for our younger members. The church is open during Sunday evenings from 8:30 pm, with a short service of Night Prayer at 9 pm.
The Parish of St. Timothy is a member of the Anglican Church of Canada and the worldwide Anglican Communion. Anglicans have been worshiping in this building since it was erected in 1956. Recently, renovations have made the site completely accessible with a wheelchair ramp and mechanical lift to the lower hall and a handicapped accessible washroom.
