St Margaret welcomes Christians and those who seek to understand Christianity in the Lowestoft area. Our aim is to make contact with and encourage others to join us in our life-enhancing Christian journey.
St Margaret at Lowestoft, Suffolk is a friendly Christian community where we welcome others to join us in our worship and service to God. Our emphasis is on learning and understanding the Bible and following the example of Jesus and his followers.
The vision of St Margaret is to make an impact for God, here in Lowestoft, Suffolk by helping people understand the enriching messages of eternal hope given to us by Jesus Christ through His words and deeds. Come just as you are - we'd love to get to know you better.

Sunday
Holy Communion
A traditional celebration of the holy communion, using the traditional language of the Book of Common Prayer with a short homily.
Every Sunday at 8:00 AM for 35 minutes
Xpressions
Starting at 09.30 with free tea, coffee, cakes or biscuits and the opportunity to read the Sunday papers. At 09.55 craft and other activities for all ages take place in the main hall, whilst a discussion starts upon a current topic at 10.10. WE all gather together for a rounding off time at about 11.15am

Every first Sunday at 9:30 AM for 2 hours
Sung Eucharist
Our main weekly service.
Every Sunday at 10:00 AM for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

A quieter service in which all members of the congregation are invited to place a few grains of incense onto charcoal, symbollising our prayers offered silently to God. this si followed by a time of silent prayer
