St John the Apostle and Evangelist at Watford, Hertfordshire is a friendly Christian community where we welcome others to join us in our worship and service to God. Our emphasis is on learning and understanding the Bible and following the example of Jesus and his followers.

Every Friday after our 10am Mass we have "Coffee and Art", where we can enjoy friendship and chatter with friends whilst applying ourselves to art - all helped along by tea and coffee!

Every Friday come and enjoy a lunch at church - a great time to catch up with friends and enjoy some good food.

Taize Prayer in Watford
TaizÃ© Prayer is characterised by contemplative chants that are now popular throughout the world. This service is a beautiful way to unwind from the stresses of the week and a great way to kick off the weekend. The service includes a period of silence, TaizÃ© chants and readings from scripture. The worship of TaizÃ© arises out of a truly international and ecumenical community and reminds us that we belong to the worldwide family.

Messy Church
Two hours of fun, games, food and craft. It's all free (including lunch!), and you can just come along and enjoy. It's a time for all the family so please do come along and join in.
