St James welcomes Christians and those who seek to understand Christianity in the Woodley area. Our aim is to make contact with and encourage others to join us in our life-enhancing Christian journey.
St James at Woodley, Berkshire is a friendly Christian community where we welcome others to join us in our worship and service to God. Our emphasis is on learning and understanding the Bible and following the example of Jesus and his followers.
The vision of St James is to make an impact for God, here in Woodley, Berkshire by helping people understand the enriching messages of eternal hope given to us by Jesus Christ through His words and deeds. Come just as you are - we'd love to get to know you better.

Rendezvous
A group for senior citizens where folk can meet and chat. Sometimes there is a speaker and sometimes they share a meal together.
Every second and fourth Wednesday at 10:30 AM for 1½ hours
Rainbow Toddlers
Every Wednesday at 1:00 PM for 1½ hours
Kingfisher Homegroup
A small group which meets in the evening in the church for fellowship, prayer and learning together

Every Wednesday at 8:00 PM for 2 hours
Thursday
St James' Pre-school
Every Thursday at 9:15 AM for 150 minutes
St James Cafe
A meeting place to enjoy morning coffee or a light lunch. Children's meal boxes are also available
Term time only but we do open throughout the summer holiday period.

Friday
St James' Pre-school

WAVE
A Christian Youth group for young people in Years 7 and 8

Every Friday at 7:00 PM for 1½ hours
Saturday
Waste Paper collection
We act as a collection point for mixed waste paper and card in addition to the kerbside recycling scheme
Every third Saturday at 9:00 AM for 3 hours
