Denomination: Episcopal Church
Saint James Church is a vibrant, multicultural congregation worshiping in a landmark building in a changing neighborhood. If you are interested in worshiping with us, our Anglo-Catholic High Church liturgy (with smells and bells) on Sunday takes place at 11 am (10 am in the summer months of June-August). There is a Saturday evening liturgy at 5 pm, a simple and intimate worship experience for those unable to attend the grander Sunday morning worship. On the first Sunday of each month, we offer prayer with laying on of hands and anointing for healing.
All are welcome to praise God and give thanks for the opportunity to serve. Visit our web-site www.stjamesf.dioceseny.org for more on the history of the parish, the historic building with its spectacular Tiffany windows, and travel directions (parking is available and public transportation is nearby).
