St. George Church welcomes Christians and those who seek to understand Christianity in the Trumbull area. Our aim is to make contact with and encourage others to join us in our life-enhancing Christian journey.
St. George Church at Trumbull, Connecticut is a friendly Christian community where we welcome others to join us in our worship and service to God. Our emphasis is on learning and understanding the Bible and following the example of Jesus and his followers.
The vision of St. George Church is to make an impact for God, here in Trumbull, Connecticut by helping people understand the enriching messages of eternal hope given to us by Jesus Christ through His words and deeds. Come just as you are - we'd love to get to know you better.

Schedule of Services

All services are in English with a 3-5% response in Albanian from the choir.


4:00 PM Great Vespers (during Advent and Great Lent) followed by Confessions.

Saturday Evening


9:30 AM Church School (Sunday Mornings between September and June).

Sunday Morning


10:00 AM Divine Liturgy (9:30 AM from June through mid-September).

Sunday Morning


9:30 AM Divine Liturgy.  (Weekdays and Saturdays)

Mornings of Great Feasts


Personal confessions are available after any evening service, or by appointment.

Call the church office for more detailed schedule of other services, or to arrange for Baptisms, Weddings, Memorials, or for Convert Classes.




If the Trumbull Schools are closed (cancelled) in the morning due to bad weather, the Weekday Liturgy is cancelled.  If classes are delayed, the start of Liturgy is moved from the regular 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM.  Holy Week services are not cancelled, but may be delayed.  Saturday or Sunday Liturgies will not be cancelled or delayed.  If you are unsure, call 203-268-1968 and listen for the message.
