Denomination: Anglican Church
Welcome to St. Anselm's Anglican Church
Wherever you are on your spiritual journey, you are welcome here. We are a diverse community of people from all ages and backgrounds who come together to worship and serve God.
We value the mystical tradition of silence as well as the community experience of worship, and recognize that physical things such as bodies are expressions of the holy. St. Anselm's is a a congregation of all ages and backgrounds, and is fully inclusive. We host weekly student lunches, a Mandarin Tuesday evening service, child care on Sundays, and care for the homeless in Point Grey. We have a growing choir, thoughtful and engaged spiritual events, and we are involved with contemporary issues.
We do weddings, baptisms, funerals, and house blessings. We also offer home visits by church members and clergy to support you in times of need. Communion at home, blessings and prayers for the sick are all available for you and your loved ones. Arrangements for these services can be made with the church secretary.
