Restore Church is a Non-Denominational Christian Fellowship with roots in the city of Torrance for over 60 years. It was founded in 1958 by the late Rev. William D. Smith, as the First Pentecostal Church of Torrance.
Though the church’s names and locations have changed over the years, we have had a continuous physical presence in the city of Torrance— from our inception in 1958, to this present day via Houses of Worship and Church Offices.
