Denomination: Anglican Church
Holy Trinity is in central Wainuiomata on the main road near the shopping centre. It has a mixture of traditional and modern worship with lots of creative worship especially involving the children. There is an active Sunday School and a group for preschool children during the Sunday service.
Wednesday morning service at 11.00am is followed by a light lunch. On the second and fourth Friday of the month there is Friendship Club starting at 10.00am with morning tea and other activities including indoor bowls. At the St John's site in the Village at 117 Main Road, there is a playgroup on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 9.30am.
We also hold Messy Church once a month at the St John's Church Hall from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. Messy Church is an alternative church for all the family to join in.
