Farmer Memorial Baptist Church is a growing, friendly, multi-ethnic, multi-generational church located in the Bloor West Village district of Toronto. We have been serving our community for more than 80 years.

We are a multi-ethnic, multi-generational community who believe in worshipping the Triune God in spirit and in truth. We have been ministering in the Bloor West Village area for 84 years. Our mission is to praise God and share His love to all.

In the past we proudly bore the name of Rev. Dr. J.H. Farmer, the first dean of McMaster Seminary. As our congregation has grown and been shaped by “the village in the city”, we have taken upon our new name, Bloor West Village Baptist Church, so as to recognize the new community of which we are a part amd continue to serve in.

Sunday Morning Worship

Our Sunday Morning Worship Service is at 10:30 am. It is a family friendly, multi-ethnic service with a blend of traditional and modern hymns and music. It is our privilege to welcome anyone who wants to join us.

Wednesday Prayer and Bible Study

Wednesday Prayer and Bible Study is an important part of our week. We start at 7 pm and aim to finish as close to 8 pm as possible. We believe that being a community of Christ followers committed to praying together and studying God's word together is a priority for our church family.
