Denomination: Christian Church
WE BELIEVE
In the Divine Trinity, that God is One, but manifested in three Persons, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, being co-equal and co-eternal. (Mat 28:19, John 15:26, 2 Cor 13:14)
In the Deity of the Lord Jesus Christ. (John 1:1, John 8:58, Phil 2:5-8) In the Bible as the infallible, inerrant Word of God. (John 17:17, 2 Tim 3:16-17)
That salvation is the free gift of God to man, separate from works and the law, given by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, producing works acceptable to God. (Rom 3:21-24, Eph 2:8-9, Tit 3:4-7)
That believers are to be baptized in water by immersion as a direct command from the Lord which is symbolic of a Christian’s identification with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection. (Mat 28:19, Rom 6:3-4)
In the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking with tongues, given as a gift to all believers who desire it after they are saved, as promised by the Lord. (Acts 1:8, Acts 2:1-4, Acts 2:38-39, Acts 19:1-6)
That marriage is a holy covenant before God between a man and a woman only, and mysteriously represents Christ and the Church. (Gen 2:18-25, Eph 5:25-33, Mark 10:6-9)
That God provided for healing of physical ills through the atonement of Christ, and this promise belongs to all believers. (Mat 8:17, 1 Pet 2:24, Luke 5:15)
That Jesus Christ is coming again for His Church, and to judge the living and the dead. (Acts 17:30-31, 2 Thes 2:8, 2 Tim 4:1)
That those who physically die in their sins without accepting Jesus will be hopelessly and eternally lost in the lake of fire without chance for repentance. (Rev 20:15, Mat 25:41)
