"Along the banks of the Red River lies the border town of Emerson. Emmanuel Lutheran Church opened its doors and has been welcoming people since 1912. The bell rings out the invitation to come and worship as we celebrate the wondrous things God has done. If you are in the area, planning to move here or just passing through, the members of Emmanuel extend our invitation to you to join our community of faith in worship and fellowship." Worship and Sunday School times change for the new year on Jan 1 when the two churches switch service times (eg. Emmanuel 2013 @ 9:30 am; 2014 @ 11 am, 2015 9:30 am, etc.)
