Emmanuel is a bible based church. Emmanuel Evangelical Free Church is like a family. We want to be accessible so that it’s easy for the first-timer to feel comfortable. We seek to be warm-hearted and caring. All of these are qualities we value and want to shape our church.
Whatever age you are you’re very welcome. We hope that Emmanuel will be a place where you make friends so that together we can learn more about Jesus.
We believe our worship should reflect the fact that we worship God in 'Spirit and in Truth'. It should not be repressive to freedom of prayer. In our Morning Service we use the broad outline of the English Prayer Book published by the Church Society. But it is a guidance to maintain a balance in our worship.
In addition The Lords Supper (Holy Communion) is celebrated on the First Sunday of the month at 11am.
In the Evening we have an Informal service at 6-00
The New King James version of the bible is used in our services.
In the Morning there is coffee and a time for fellowship after the Service.
We do make provision for Children.We are prayerfully seeking how we can expand this work
