Denomination: Mennonite Church
Built in 1840, the predecessor of Ebenezer Mennonite Church was simply known as the “Swiss Church.” In 1846, the “Swiss Mennonite Church” was constructed. The Ebenezer Mennonite Church replaced that structure in 1869 on the present location. The church has been enlarged and updated in 1883, 1928, 1964, 1979 and most recently in 2001 when the Crossroads Ministry Center was constructed. The Ebenezer church body was formerly affiliated with the General Conference of Mennonite Churches, but currently has no conference affiliation.
