Our church is guided by the Holy Conversations Report which clarifies two pathways to Christ in our congregation and our community. Our mission to make disciples for the transformation of the world starts with these two steps.
WE ARE CALLED TO CREATE A PATHWAY TO CHRIST WITHIN OUR CONGREGATION:
We believe God has called us to align our ministry efforts and resources to a clarified model of discipleship for our congregation. New guests and long-time members alike will know how to locate their own spiritual strengths and weaknesses, and how to pursue spiritual growth. This initiative called Discipleship Pathway launched in 2022.
WE ARE ALSO CALLED TO CREATE A PATHWAY TO CHRIST IN OUR COMMUNITY:
We believe God has called us to adopt Clear Lake City Elementary (CLCE) School as our primary 2019-2023 mission outpost and start building relationships with CLCE students, staff, teachers, and the students’ parents. This initiative is now called Clear Lake Buddies and includes over 70 volunteers putting in hundreds of hours of work in the school and its surrounding neighborhood.
