Denomination: Vineyard
Mission Statement
We are called to be a church without walls: fulfilling the Great Commission and living the Great Commandments
Vision Statement
We envision a church that is a missional community used by God to see a greater advancement of His Kingdom – a church where people have a sense of belonging and enthusiastically invite others to become a part of it.
We see the church as being a refuge for the world, not from the world; a revolution, not a fortress; a church taken to the people, not hidden from them; a church that ministers to their needs.
We want to remove all man-made barriers and traditions that hinder people from seeing and coming to Christ. Our weekend services are celebrations where we are serious about the gospel, but don’t take ourselves too seriously.
We value culturally relevant worship services that include contemporary music, casual dress and atmosphere, but above all, where the presence of God can be experienced and His Kingdom can be built.
We envision life groups located throughout the city building community within the church – places where relationship and discipleship occur.
We strive to be a church where our ministry to the minors is a major ministry, with children growing up to seek the Kingdom first, becoming radical followers of Jesus.
We want to be a place where money is spent 1st on ministry and people. We value the “go” part of the Great Commission, both across the street and around the globe.
We want to be a community where people can come check us out without worrying about their dress, their economic level, their past or being pressured - a church where they can experience a real God and meet real people.
We long to be a place where the oppressed and those in bondage can get free, become disciples of Christ, and experience righteousness, peace, and joy.
