Church of the Transfiguration welcomes Christians and those who seek to understand Christianity in the Kempston area. Our aim is to make contact with and encourage others to join us in our life-enhancing Christian journey.
Church of the Transfiguration at Kempston, Bedfordshire is a friendly Christian community where we welcome others to join us in our worship and service to God. Our emphasis is on learning and understanding the Bible and following the example of Jesus and his followers.
The vision of Church of the Transfiguration is to make an impact for God, here in Kempston, Bedfordshire by helping people understand the enriching messages of eternal hope given to us by Jesus Christ through His words and deeds. Come just as you are - we'd love to get to know you better.

This is a traditional service with the open invitation for those who wish healing to receive the laying on of hands. Toys, play house and books available for children

Transfig Kids youth group

Play Group
Pre-school group for children and their careers. Toys, food and friendship.

Bible Study with Eucharist
This is a an informal group who meet together to look at the Bible. This is a good service if you are 'putting a toe into the water' and want to find out more about faith.
We meet very week.
Every Tuesday at 7:30 PM for 40 minutes
Wednesday
Mother's Union Eucharist
This is a friendly Eucharist open to all, not just .Mother's Union' members with an informal sermon.

Every first Wednesday at 10:00 AM for 35 minutes
