Welcome to Bantry Catholic Parish
Our parish is in one of the most beautiful parts of Ireland – in west County Cork. Our roots are the ancient parish of Kilmacomogue — from the Irish name ‘Cill Mochomóg’. The parish wraps itself around Bantry Harbour and stretches from south of the town of Bantry north along the bay to Kealkill and Coomhola and then to the edge of Glengarrif. Along the way, people are engaged in fishing, farming, pharmaceutical industries, construction, retailing, food production and tourism services.
Three churches serve the spiritual needs of our parishioners and you will always be welcome to stop in for a moment of quiet reflection, to light a prayer candle or to join us for one of our liturgies.
Beidh fáilte romhat.
