Church of the Epiphany on Galax Lane in Blowing Rock is a seasonal mission church of the St. Elizabeth ministry. It is open from mid May until mid October and reaches out to summer residents and tourists who frequent the nearby Blowing Rock area.
It is served by St. Elizabeth clergy and offices, as well as support staff. It is, however, largely self supporting and self administered as it has developed a large following of regular summer people who call it "home" during the summer season.
MISSION STATEMENT
We, the people of St. Elizabeth of the Hill Country Catholic Church and Church of the Epiphany, give glory to God by living the message of Christ. We commit ourselves to nurture the spiritual and educational development of God’s people.
Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit we strive to be a worthy Parish family and grow in our Catholic faith.
