Christ Church welcomes Christians and those who seek to understand Christianity in the Ware area. Our aim is to make contact with and encourage others to join us in our life-enhancing Christian journey.
Christ Church at Ware, Hertfordshire is a friendly Christian community where we welcome others to join us in our worship and service to God. Our emphasis is on learning and understanding the Bible and following the example of Jesus and his followers.
The vision of Christ Church is to make an impact for God, here in Ware, Hertfordshire by helping people understand the enriching messages of eternal hope given to us by Jesus Christ through His words and deeds. Come just as you are - we'd love to get to know you better.

Service Time



Sunday
Morning worship
Our 9:15 am service is a more structured service, led by organ and piano, and using a mixture of hymns and songs. There is holy communion on the 3rd Sunday of the month at this service. The congregation at this service are committed, enthusiastic and appreciative of its gentle formality. It is growing in numbers and we are seeking ways to assist this growth and develop the quality of the worship.
Every Sunday at 9:15 AM for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Morning worship
The 11:00 am service draws a wide age range and attracting families, young and old. Music is led by a number of worship bands using mainly more contemporary music. Baptism is held as part of the service on the 1st Sunday of the month and holy communion on the 2nd Sunday.
Every Sunday at 11:00 AM for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Messy Church
What Messy Church is!
1) A church for adults and children to enjoy together.
2) It's primarily for people who don't belong to another form of church already.
It's all-age.
It's fun.
3) Its aim is to introduce Jesus, to give an opportunity to encounter him and to grow closer to him.
4) It includes some creative time to explore the biblical theme through getting messy; a celebration time which might involve story, prayer, song, games puppets and similar; and a meal together.
Every third Sunday at 4:00 PM for 1 hour
SEVEN
Contemporary service aimed at the those aged 14-30 or those who are young in heart.
Every second and fourth Sunday at 7:00 PM for 1½ hours
