Christ Church & St Andrew welcomes Christians and those who seek to understand Christianity in the Hastings area. Our aim is to make contact with and encourage others to join us in our life-enhancing Christian journey.
Christ Church & St Andrew at Hastings, East Sussex is a friendly Christian community where we welcome others to join us in our worship and service to God. Our emphasis is on learning and understanding the Bible and following the example of Jesus and his followers.
The vision of Christ Church & St Andrew is to make an impact for God, here in Hastings, East Sussex by helping people understand the enriching messages of eternal hope given to us by Jesus Christ through His words and deeds. Come just as you are - we'd love to get to know you better.

Every first Sunday at 9:00 AM for ½ hour
Parish Breakfast
A simple breakfast, in the Parish Hall, after the Parish Communion on the first Sunday of the month. Please book in advance by email or telephone to Rev'd. Charlie Hill
Every first Sunday at 9:40 AM for ½ hour
Family Worship
A Family centred service , with our Sunday School, music (Choir and Organ), and activities for everyone to join in. Refreshments afterwards.
Every first Sunday at 10:30 AM for ¾ hour
Parish Communion
Our main Sunday Morning Service. Common Worship, with full Choir and Organ, Hymns, occasional Anthems, refreshments and social gathering afterwards.
Every second third fourth and fifth Sunday at 10:30 AM for 1 hour
Monday
Blacklands Lunch Club
A friendly lunch in our Parish Hall. Two courses, main and dessert, with tea or coffee. Usually a raffle,sometimes a quiz or similar entertainment.

Meetings for talks and discussion, in the Parish Hall.

Parish Group Meeting
Social gatherings with visiting speakers and refreshments, in the Parish Hall.
Every third Monday at 7:30 PM for 1½ hours
Wednesday
Mid-week Holy Communion
Holy Communion with hymn(s), using the Book of Common Prayer, and refreshments following. (May be led by a Lay Minister of Communion, with Reserved Sacrament. Sometimes may be replaced by Morning Prayer.)

Mother and Toddler Group
Fun and games for Mothers and Toddlers in the Parish Hall.
Every Thursday at 10:00 AM for 1½ hours
Choir Practice
Choir Practice in Church, every Thursday. Muriel is available from 18:30 for individual practice of parts and similar.
Every Thursday at 6:00 PM for 1 hour
