Denomination: Methodist Church
Here at Chiswick Methodist Church, we are a small, friendly congregation, aspiring to be a visible sign of God's love in our community. 15 to 25 of us meet for worship each Sunday morning at 11am and you would be very welcome to join us. Services are led by a variety of preachers from the Richmond and Hounslow Circuit, and once a month our service includes Holy Communion. Each week one of our team of stewards will be on duty and they will be happy to tell you more about the church and introduce you to others. If you are thinking of visiting us for the first time, why not check out our New visitor? page, to find out a little more about what to expect.
About once a month our Minister, Rev'd. Nicola Morrison leads our service. If you are interested in having your baby, child or yourself baptised, or would like to know more about having a wedding or funeral at the church, contact the Church Office on 020 8747 1052 or leave a message via our contact us page.
One of the strengths of our church is that we are a praying community. Each Sunday during our worship we take time to pray for the world, our community and one another. Before our morning service twice a quarter we hold a prayer meeting from 10.15am. View the calendar to see when our next prayer meeting will be. In between times, urgent prayers are passed around our members via telephone. If you would like to be prayed for, visit our contact us page and leave us a message. Likewise, if you are interested in joining the chain, leave us a message and we will be in touch.
On special occasions we share in fellowship breakfasts before our worship service. This is a great opportunity to get to know other members of the church better.
