Chapel By The Lake Church Juneau Service Times

Chapel By The Lake is a Christ-centered, biblically-based, praying congregation.

Our mission: To know Jesus and to make Him known.

We do this through joyful worship of God, caring nurture of the faith community, and loving outreach to all people.

The log chapel was constructed in the mid-1950’s. One of our three Sunday services is held in this picturesque and popular tourist site.

In addition to the log chapel, the Chapel By The Lake campus includes a main sanctuary, fellowship hall, education wing, and housing for a staff family.

8:00am Log Chapel

Traditional style service in a historic log structure with a beautiful view of the Mendenhall Glacier.

9:00am Main Sanctuary

Traditional style service in our main sanctuary

(Child care is provided beginning at the start of this service)

10:10am Sunday School

Classes for K-12 in the education wing. Adult Sunday School is held in the New Smith Hall class rooms

11:15am Main Sanctuary

Contemporary worship in diverse and dynamic styles
