We are a church community, on the edge of Doncaster, for anyone who wants to investigate the claims of Jesus or who wants to know and serve him better.
We aim to make our meetings welcoming and accessible. Our conviction is that God’s voice is heard as the Bible is understood. As well as including a Bible talk, our services involve prayer and singing. We value people of all ages and particularly welcome children. Although we run a series of activities for different age groups, we encourage the entire church family to participate in the first part of the service (usually 20 minutes). The children and young people head out to their groups while the adults stay for the sermon.
The last Sunday of the month in the morning and the first Sunday of the month in the evening are opportunities to share in the communion service. On the other Sundays the Lord’s Supper is celebrated prior to the morning service (9.40am).
Because we believe this is God’s work from start to finish, we meet to pray. Our main prayer meeting is on a Monday at 8pm but we also meet to pray before our evening service at 6pm in the church lounge. Anyone is welcome to join us.
