Bearsted Methodist Church is a Christian congregation serving the village area and encouraging others through a life-changing Christian journey.
We seek to be a loving, friendly community, worshipping God with especially good music. We place a high priority on teaching from the Bible, most of our congregation take their turn in the reading rota, and services are enhanced with a modern video screen.
Everyone is welcome. We enjoy tea, coffee and a chat after Sunday services, and on weekdays other social events include a weekly Ladies Fellowship, monthly games afternoons, house groups and coffee mornings and a quarterly Men's Fellowship. We also try to involve the village with an outreach programme of occasional house visits, knitted Christmas angels and Easter chicks. Our photos on this page will give you an idea.
