Woodchurch welcomes Christians and those who seek to understand Christianity in the Wirral area. Our aim is to make contact with and encourage others to join us in our life-enhancing Christian journey.
Woodchurch at Wirral, Merseyside is a friendly Christian community where we welcome others to join us in our worship and service to God. Our emphasis is on learning and understanding the Bible and following the example of Jesus and his followers.
The vision of Woodchurch is to make an impact for God, here in Wirral, Merseyside by helping people understand the enriching messages of eternal hope given to us by Jesus Christ through His words and deeds. Come just as you are - we'd love to get to know you better.

Said service, Common Worship Order One
Every Sunday at 8:00 AM for 40 minutes
Healing within the Eucharist
Individual prayers for healing are offered at this service.
Every last Sunday at 10:00 AM for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Altogether Praise Family Service
Usually 1st Sunday in the month "Altogether Praise". A time of worhsip, sharing and teaming together about the Christian faith. Especially designed to be appropriate for children but suitable for All Ages. Will last about 45 minutes.
Every first Sunday at 10:00 AM for ¾ hour
Parish Communion
Common Worship Order One, with hymns
Every second third fourth and fifth Sunday at 10:00 AM for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Holy Baptism
This is a public service of admission to membership of the Christian Church. If you want to find out more about baptism, or want to arrange for your infant child to be baptised, please get in touch with the Rector.

A said, reflective service of Holy Communion wth bible readings and a short homily.

Mothers' Union
The Woodchurch branch of the Mothers' Union, an international Christian charity that seeks to support families worldwide, meets monthly in the Parish Community Hall, following a service of Holy Communion in Church. At most meetings there is a guest speaker.

Luncheon Club

Prayer Walk
We walk some of the roads in the parish and pray with our fellow Christians.
This month's walk (March) starts from the Methodist Church, Pemberton Road.

Church Open to Visitors
Our church is open to visitors on the first Saturday of every month between 9.30am to 11am.

Bereavement Support Group
A friendly group where bereaved people can talk and listen, in confidence, with others who have experienced a bereavement. Usually meets on the last Saturday of the month at 10.30 am. Phone one of our trained Pastoral Workers on 0151 653 3794 or 0151 648 4291

Saturday Praise
A short informal service for all ages, followed by refreshments in the Parish Community Hall.
