St Matthew welcomes Christians and those who seek to understand Christianity in the Bradford area. Our aim is to make contact with and encourage others to join us in our life-enhancing Christian journey.
St Matthew at Bradford, West Yorkshire is a friendly Christian community where we welcome others to join us in our worship and service to God. Our emphasis is on learning and understanding the Bible and following the example of Jesus and his followers.
The vision of St Matthew is to make an impact for God, here in Bradford, West Yorkshire by helping people understand the enriching messages of eternal hope given to us by Jesus Christ through His words and deeds. Come just as you are - we'd love to get to know you better.

Every Sunday at 9:30 AM for 1 hour
Golden Step Group
For children of ALL ages - a separate, informal "talk" within the service followed by guided activities at the back of church - we are one family!
Every Sunday at 9:30 AM for 1 hour
Church Parade
Child friendly eucharistic service with teaching on the Eucharist.
Children are prepared for Communion before Confirmation
Every second Sunday at 9:30 AM for 1 hour
Eucharist with Holy Baptism
Baptisms take place within the Morning Service.
Every fourth Sunday at 9:30 AM for 1 hour

Every Thursday at 10:00 AM for ½ hour
Thursday Family Church
The service consists of play, teaching and ends with a family meal
The frequency is every two weeks. In June it is 12 and 26 of the month.
Every second and fourth Thursday at 4:00 PM for 1 hour

Meditation
This is a weekly prayer group in which we pray for the local c ommunity
