St Mary the Virgin welcomes Christians and those who seek to understand Christianity in the Marshfield area. Our aim is to make contact with and encourage others to join us in our life-enhancing Christian journey.
St Mary the Virgin at Marshfield, South Gloucestershire is a friendly Christian community where we welcome others to join us in our worship and service to God. Our emphasis is on learning and understanding the Bible and following the example of Jesus and his followers.

Every first and third Sunday at 10:30 AM for 50 minutes
All Age Worship
All Age Worship with children in mind
Every second Sunday at 10:30 AM for ¾ hour
Holy Communion
We meet round the Lord's table to share Holy Commuion. The children are with us for the beginning of the service and then go to their own activities, returning in time to join their parents at the Communion rail for a blessing.
Every fourth Sunday at 10:30 AM for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
Evensong
A service of Evensong according to the Book of Common Prayer with small choir to lead the singing.
The service on the second Sunday alternates with Cold Ashton
Every first second and fourth Sunday at 6:00 PM for 1 hour
Evening Holy Communion
A celebration of Holy Communion according to the Book of Common Prayer with hymns, singing led by small choir.
Every third Sunday at 6:00 PM for 1 hour
