St Luke's welcomes Christians and those who seek to understand Christianity in the Colchester area. Our aim is to make contact with and encourage others to join us in our life-enhancing Christian journey.
St Luke's at Colchester, Essex is a friendly Christian community where we welcome others to join us in our worship and service to God. Our emphasis is on learning and understanding the Bible and following the example of Jesus and his followers.
The vision of St Luke's is to make an impact for God, here in Colchester, Essex by helping people understand the enriching messages of eternal hope given to us by Jesus Christ through His words and deeds. Come just as you are - we'd love to get to know you better.

Quiet Holy Communion
A quiet, 'said' service of Holy Communion with a short talk, prayers and sharing of bread and wine, followed by coffee, tea and croissants.

Every third Sunday at 8:15 AM for ¾ hour

Morning Worship
Our main Sunday service.
Every second third fourth and fifth Sunday at 10:15 AM for 1½ hours
Evening worship
A relaxed and informal service with cafe-style refreshments available throughout.
Every second Sunday at 7:00 PM for 1½ hours
'A time to pause'
A reflective-style service, often using Taize-style worship, with plenty of space and 'time to pause'.
Every fifth Sunday at 7:00 PM for 1 hour
