St Luke welcomes Christians and those who seek to understand Christianity in the Hartlepool area. Our aim is to make contact with and encourage others to join us in our life-enhancing Christian journey.
St Luke at Hartlepool, Tees Valley is a friendly Christian community where we welcome others to join us in our worship and service to God. Our emphasis is on learning and understanding the Bible and following the example of Jesus and his followers.
The vision of St Luke is to make an impact for God, here in Hartlepool, Tees Valley by helping people understand the enriching messages of eternal hope given to us by Jesus Christ through His words and deeds. Come just as you are - we'd love to get to know you better.

Holy Communion
Weekly Book of Common Prayer Service
On Third Sundays the service is a Contemporary Book of Common Prayer Service (Order 2)
Every first second fourth fifth and last Sunday at 8:00 AM for 40 minutes
Sunday Club
For children aged 5+. The children leave before the first lesson and return to take communion.
Every first second fourth fifth and last Sunday at 9:30 AM for ½ hour
Parish Eucharist
Sunday school is term time only.
Every first second fourth fifth and last Sunday at 9:30 AM for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Holy Communion Order 2
Book of Common Prayer in Contemporary language.
Every third Sunday at 9:30 AM for 40 minutes
Baptism
Baptism services take place on the second Sunday of each month. Please contact Revd Linda for details 01429 271280
Alternatively baptism can take place at any Eucharist service.
Every second Sunday at 11:30 AM for 20 minutes
The Lord's Supper
A relaxed family service with Communion, followed by Refreshments in the Parish Centre
Every third Sunday at 4:00 PM for ¾ hour
Monday
Baptism Booking & Preparation
Parents can come and book a baptism and find out about services they should attend.
Every first Monday at 6:30 PM for ½ hour
Wednesday
Mid week Holy Communion
A quiet reflective Eucharist according to the Book of Common Prayer, followed by coffee in the Parish Rooms.
Every Wednesday at 9:30 AM for 1 hour
Friday
Kids Cub
For 7 - 11 year olds - a fun christian club. Contact Revd Linda 01429 271280 for more details.
Term time only
Every Friday at 6:00 PM for 1 hour
SLYP
For 11 - 18 year olds. A Christian group that has fun and occasional outings.
Fortnightly during term time. Contact Andy 01429 293623 for more information.
Friday at 7:30 PM for 1½ hours
