St John the Evangelist welcomes Christians and those who seek to understand Christianity in the Cambridge area. Our aim is to make contact with and encourage others to join us in our life-enhancing Christian journey.
St John the Evangelist at Cambridge, Cambridgeshire is a friendly Christian community where we welcome others to join us in our worship and service to God. Our emphasis is on learning and understanding the Bible and following the example of Jesus and his followers.
The vision of St John the Evangelist is to make an impact for God, here in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire by helping people understand the enriching messages of eternal hope given to us by Jesus Christ through His words and deeds. Come just as you are - we'd love to get to know you better.

Holy Communion
Every second Sunday at 8:00 AM for ½ hour
Parish Communion with Children's Church
Every first third and fourth Sunday at 10:00 AM for 1½ hours
All age Worship
During December our All age worship service is moved to Christmas Day
During Lent our All age worship service is moved to the 4th Sunday of Lent to accommodate Mothering Sunday
Every second Sunday at 10:00 AM for 1 hour
Evensong
Every first third and fourth Sunday at 6:00 PM for 1 hour
Parish Communion with Act of Healing
Every second Sunday at 6:00 PM for 1 hour
Wednesday
Holy Communion (BCP)
This service is normally every Wednesday, there are a few exceptions, after Christmas and Easter especially. Please contact the office (01223 241316) if you would like to be sure the service is taking place.
Every Wednesday at 10:00 AM for ½ hour
