St. John The Evangelist Parish welcomes Christians and those who seek to understand Christianity in the Whitby area. Our aim is to make contact with and encourage others to join us in our life-enhancing Christian journey.
St. John The Evangelist Parish at Whitby, Ontario is a friendly Christian community where we welcome others to join us in our worship and service to God. Our emphasis is on learning and understanding the Bible and following the example of Jesus and his followers.
The vision of St. John The Evangelist Parish is to make an impact for God, here in Whitby, Ontario by helping people understand the enriching messages of eternal hope given to us by Jesus Christ through His words and deeds. Come just as you are - we'd love to get to know you better.

Wednesday (Rosary at 6:30 p.m.) 7:00 p.m. (OLPH Devotions)
EUCHARISTIC HOLY HOUR
On first Friday of each month following morning mass.
SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION
Saturday 4:00 p.m. - 4:45 p.m. By appointment any time.
There will be changes to the weekday Mass schedule starting Tuesday, February 8th until Tuesday, February 22nd.
Morning Mass will be moving to 8am instead of 8:20am.
All Wednesday evening Mass times will remain at 7pm.
Monday, February 21st, Mass will be at 9am for the Family Day Holiday.
