St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church is a vibrant Christian community of nearly 1,000 families. St. John serves a three-county area of 1,400 square miles. We are part of the Diocese of Savannah which serves most of Georgia except the Atlanta area.

Saturday Vigil – 5:00 p.m. and 7 p.m. Spanish (San Jose)
Sunday – 7:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. (Spanish Mass at St. John)

Weekday Masses

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 11:00 a.m.
Wednesday – 8:55 a.m. (during school) and 6:00 p.m. (main Church)

Masses on Holy Days are in the Church. When Holy Days fall on a Saturday or on a Monday there will be no additional Mass times outside of the daily Mass.

Although Ash Wednesday is not a holy day of obligation, Catholics are encouraged to attend Mass to mark the beginning of the Lenten season.
