St. George's Church
Anglican Church
St. George’s is a vibrant, welcoming and inclusive Anglican community serving communities in Calgary’s North East.
People from, quite literally, around the world call St. George’s their spiritual home. Members of our congregation and our worship reflect the World Wide Anglican Communion. Our community of faith includes folks from the First Nations, others who have come from various parts of Canada, and many more from around the world; including many regions of the Caribbean, various African countries, the South Asian region, including; India and Pakistan, and various European regions. It is an understatement to say that we worship with joy and celebrate our diverse community of faith.
We practice a renewed and compassionate Christian spirituality to deepen our experience of God and we share this path with others as a response to the growing hunger for meaning and hope in our world.
St. George’s welcomes all those seeking a place of worship to grow in the knowledge and love of God. Whether you are exploring the Anglican Church for the first time or are a lifelong Anglican, we encourage you to join us and get involved in our vibrant parish!
Our church is situated at 2523 56th St. NE, Calgary. While we await the building of our new church home, we are worshiping at Prince of Faith Lutheran Church.
