St George welcomes Christians and those who seek to understand Christianity in the Denton area. Our aim is to make contact with and encourage others to join us in our life-enhancing Christian journey.
St George at Denton, Greater Manchester is a friendly Christian community where we welcome others to join us in our worship and service to God. Our emphasis is on learning and understanding the Bible and following the example of Jesus and his followers.
The vision of St George is to make an impact for God, here in Denton, Greater Manchester by helping people understand the enriching messages of eternal hope given to us by Jesus Christ through His words and deeds. Come just as you are - we'd love to get to know you better.

Mother's Union
We join with Christ Church for our MU meetings.
Mothers' Union is an international Christian membership charity that aims to demonstrate the Christian faith in action through the transformation of communities worldwide. Our members are not all mothers, or even all women. They are single, married, parents, grandparents, or young adults just beginning to express their social conscience. Mothers' Union provides, for all four million members, a network through which they can serve Christ in their own community - through prayer, financial support and actively working at the grassroots level in programmes that meet local needs.
