St Edmund welcomes Christians and those who seek to understand Christianity in the Chingford area. Our aim is to make contact with and encourage others to join us in our life-enhancing Christian journey.

Messy Church for children under 5 and their parents/carers - for those who like fun, games, songs and stories
Every Wednesday at 10:00 AM for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Open Church
This beautiful church is open on Saturday mornings for people to enjoy the building, in silent reflection or exploring this hidden jewel in South Chingford; also for those wishing to enquiry about christenings and weddings

Bereavement Support Group
Opportunity for those who have lost someone special to meet and chat or to be quiet; refreshments served. Open to all irrespective of background, belief or lifestyle.
First, third & fifth Tuesdays in the month; meets in Church every first third and fifth Tuesday at 2:00 PM for 1 hour

Holy Communion
Quite reflective early morning service following the order of the 1662 Book of Common Prayer; said with no hymns
Every Sunday at 8:00 AM for ½ hour
Junior Church
Fun activity-based session for children aged 4+ to learn more of the story of God's love
Does not meet during School holidays; meets in Blake Hall
Every Sunday at 10:00 AM for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Holy Communion
Main act of worship on Sunday. Sung with hymns. Follows Common Worship Order 1 (except in Lent when Order 2 is used)
