St Catherine's church welcomes Christians and those who seek to understand Christianity in the New Brancepeth area. Our aim is to make contact with and encourage others to join us in our life-enhancing Christian journey.
St Catherine's church at New Brancepeth, Durham is a friendly Christian community where we welcome others to join us in our worship and service to God. Our emphasis is on learning and understanding the Bible and following the example of Jesus and his followers.
The vision of St Catherine's church is to make an impact for God, here in New Brancepeth, Durham by helping people understand the enriching messages of eternal hope given to us by Jesus Christ through His words and deeds. Come just as you are - we'd love to get to know you better.

Every Sunday at 8:45 AM for ¾ hour
Holy Baptism
Baptisms are nornally on the first Sunday of the month at 1pm. However, there is some flexibility if this date is difficult for the family.
Every first Sunday at 1:00 PM for 40 minutes
Sunday Evensong
September 27th will be a Harvest evening service followed by tea/coffee
Every last Sunday at 6:00 PM for ¾ hour
Thursday
Thursday morning Worship
Followed by tea/coffee and biscuits
Every Thursday at 9:30 AM for ½ hour
