St Barnabas Church
Anglican Church
We are a Parish community that, in the Anglican tradition, is popularly called High Church or Anglo Catholic. Worship is very much the centre of the life of our parish, and has ever been so. The Mass, or Holy Eucharist, is the hub of our worship life, around which all else revolves. It is the central act of Christian worship, deriving ultimately from the Last Supper that Jesus shared with his disciples on the night before his Crucifixion.
We are a diverse parish community of people from a wide range of backgrounds and experience: families and singles, young and old, newcomers and life-long members in the Anglican tradition.
If you are looking for a welcoming community that is excited about discovering the grace and love of Jesus Christ in the midst of the world, please come and experience what we are about.
