We are an independent fundamental “Bible” Baptist Church.
We carry Bible in our name because we believe the Bible to be the inspired, living Word of God, the only necessary guide for righteous living.
Members of Melbourne Bible Baptist Church are Christians, yet, not the only Christians.
We hold to no man-made creeds.
The Bible is our only rule of faith and practice, the sole revelation of the mind and will of God.
We believe that it is given to us profitably for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness. (2 Timothy 3:16)
Vision Statement
Melbourne Bible Baptist Church exists to love God and to share God’s love towards all people, regardless of race.
Mission Statement
To win the lost to Christ and plant them in the local church where they can be "discipled" into servants and lovers of God.
Service Times
SUNDAY (THE LORD’S DAY) - Meets at Wesley Hall (behind Wesley Uniting Church) Corner Station & Oxford Streets, Box Hill 3128
Sunday School starts at 10:15am
Worship Service starts at 10:45am to 12:00pm
Note: Family Fellowship Lunch in church every first Sunday of every month unless announced otherwise.
WEDNESDAY Prayer and Discipleship Meeting at 7:30pm - Meets at *Primary Hall
Devotional – 7:30pm
Discipleship Class and Bible Study – 8:00 to 8:45pm
Prayer Meeting – 8:45 to 9:15pm
