His Chosen Victorious Army is an international ministry, founded and headed by Apostle Elijah Delapanosta. The ministry is involved in preaching the gospel to the unsaved, supporting churches and preaching internationally, training believers to be strong, effective and victorious in their Christian lives, as well as church planting. It is also a registered charity in the UK (number 1107866).
