The aim of Faith Christian Church is “to lead all people, especially the spiritually lost, disenfranchised, hurting, sick, impoverished and broken, to life, wholeness and a safe place in God through Christ Jesus —without regard to age, race, history, physical circumstance or condition.”
Faith Christian Church, DOC organized in 1977. Founder, Rev. Dr. Larry E. Taylor, Sr.
Larry E. Taylor, Jr., ordained by Rev. Taylor, Sr. and select Pastors of the Christian Ministerial Alliance in 1985.
Larry E. Taylor, Jr. installed as Pastor in 1992. First Lady, Terry Taylor, ordained into the ministry in 1997.
Pastor Larry Taylor, Jr. was consecrated to the office of Bishop by the African American Convocation in 2004. He currently presides as President of the African American Convocation of the Pacific South West Region (PSWR).
