Emmanuel Church welcomes Christians and those who seek to understand Christianity in the Hastings area. Our aim is to make contact with and encourage others to join us in our life-enhancing Christian journey.
Emmanuel Church at Hastings, East Sussex is a friendly Christian community where we welcome others to join us in our worship and service to God. Our emphasis is on learning and understanding the Bible and following the example of Jesus and his followers.
The vision of Emmanuel Church is to make an impact for God, here in Hastings, East Sussex by helping people understand the enriching messages of eternal hope given to us by Jesus Christ through His words and deeds. Come just as you are - we'd love to get to know you better.
Service Times
Sunday
Morning service
Weekly Sunday morning service for all the family. There is usually a childrens' talk after which the children go to their Childrens Club, by age. We have the Lords Supper once a month. Refreshments are provided after the service so that you can meet and chat to others.
A creche (currently 'DIY') is provided throughout in a spacious carpeted room at the rear of church. The creche has the service relayed via the speaker system and parents / carers are encouraged to pop in and out as they feel is appropriate.
Every Sunday at 10:30 AM for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Sunday Club
Three groups for different aged children:
3 1/2 to 7
8 to 11
12 and over
A creche is available for toddlers and babies
