Church of the Martyrs welcomes Christians and those who seek to understand Christianity in the Leicester area. Our aim is to make contact with and encourage others to join us in our life-enhancing Christian journey.
Church of the Martyrs at Leicester, Leicestershire is a friendly Christian community where we welcome others to join us in our worship and service to God. Our emphasis is on learning and understanding the Bible and following the example of Jesus and his followers.
The vision of Church of the Martyrs is to make an impact for God, here in Leicester, Leicestershire by helping people understand the enriching messages of eternal hope given to us by Jesus Christ through His words and deeds. Come just as you are - we'd love to get to know you better.

Holy Communion
Holy Communion every Sunday at 9am
Every Sunday at 9:00 AM for ¾ hour
Morning Service
Friendly morning service every Sunday with coffee and chat afterwards: 1st Sunday First Service (family), 2nd Sunday Communion with Healing, 3rd Sunday Morning Worship, 4th Sunday Communion. This pattern does vary slightly so check out the website or email the office on churchadmin@martyrs.org.uk
Every Sunday at 10:30 AM for 1½ hours
Evening Service
A range of evening services:
1st Sunday - Holy Communion
2nd Sunday - no service
3rd Sunday - Evening Prayer
4th Sunday - no service
Every first and third Sunday at 6:30 PM for 1 hour

Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Rangers
We have a range of Guiding groups at the Martyrs Church Hall (two doors up from the church). These run during school terms. Start times vary so for more info please email churchadmin@martyrs.org.uk.
School terms only.Monday: Rainbows and Brownies. Tuesday: Guides and Rangers. Thursday: Brownies. Start times vary.
