Christ Church Mayfair welcomes Christians and those who seek to understand Christianity in the London area. Our aim is to make contact with and encourage others to join us in our life-enhancing Christian journey.
Christ Church Mayfair at London, Greater London is a friendly Christian community where we welcome others to join us in our worship and service to God. Our emphasis is on learning and understanding the Bible and following the example of Jesus and his followers.
The vision of Christ Church Mayfair is to make an impact for God, here in London, Greater London by helping people understand the enriching messages of eternal hope given to us by Jesus Christ through His words and deeds. Come just as you are - we'd love to get to know you better.
Service Times
Sunday
Morning service
Our morning service has a real family feel and encompasses a broad range of ages. Come from 10am and you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. During the service, we have God’s word read and explained, spend some time praying together and sing a mixture of both new songs and old hymns. There's an opportunity to discuss what we’ve heard together over (more!) coffee at the end of the service.
We also provide an excellent youth and children’s programme, aiming to help the under 18s grow in their understanding of Jesus Christ, and to help them love and live for Him.
Once a month those who are able stay and share lunch together, in the summer in the form of a picnic in a nearby park - weather permitting!
Every Sunday at 10:15 AM for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Evening service
The 6pm has a slightly more relaxed feel than our 10.15 morning service. We have lots in their 20s, 30s and increasing numbers of 40s! We're a mix of professionals and students, singles, couples and a few parents with young babies come and use the creche room. The service comprises of Bible reading, prayer, an explanation of God’s word and singing. Join us from 5.20pm for 'The Early Session' - a chance to have a cuppa and catch up with people before the service and stay to enjoy more drinks and food at the end. Once a month we have CCM Lates after the service - a longer informal time of music and prayer together from 8pm. See our website for more info.
