Bassett Avenue welcomes Christians and those who seek to understand Christianity in the Southampton area. Our aim is to make contact with and encourage others to join us in our life-enhancing Christian journey.
Bassett Avenue at Southampton, Hampshire is a friendly Christian community where we welcome others to join us in our worship and service to God. Our emphasis is on learning and understanding the Bible and following the example of Jesus and his followers.
The vision of Bassett Avenue is to make an impact for God, here in Southampton, Hampshire by helping people understand the enriching messages of eternal hope given to us by Jesus Christ through His words and deeds. Come just as you are - we'd love to get to know you better.

Community Coffee Morning
Please join us for coffee, cakes and good company - all welcome. Engage in interesting activities, knit for charity, exchange books, and learn computer skills.

Thursday
Holy Communion
Every Thursday at 9:30 AM for 40 minutes
Friday
Tea Dance
Enjoy delicious homemade cakes and sandwiches and dance the afternoon away in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Every last Friday at 2:00 PM for 2 hours
Taize
A service using the simple but very beautiful meditative music from the Taize region. Does not take place in August and December.
Every last Friday at 6:30 PM for 1 hour
