Ashwood Church began over 40 years ago, as a small gathering of Christians in Ravenshead. Over the years we have become far more diverse as new people have joined and new projects initiated. We now represent and particularly seek to serve the communities of Kirkby in Ashfield and Ravenshead but also love to welcome people from across the area.

Generational Church
We are a family of all ages and different walks of life, all following the same Jesus.
Worship Central
A people with a passion for the presence of God. We encounter God, we equip the worshipper, we empower the church to worship God.
Kids and Youth Culture
Inspiring a new generation. Empowering and creating opportunities for every child and young person to fulfil their God-given potential.
Authentic Community
We connect people to Jesus and create space for people to belong. We are big on hospitality and cheering each other on.

Sunday meetings
Sunday mornings
We meet together every Sunday morning for praise and worship, teaching, prayer and fellowship with one another at 10.30am until 12noon. No two Sunday mornings are the same. Each morning is varied and may include contemporary worship, all age activities, communion, corporate and personal prayer times and space to see God move. Our childrens “zones” programme starts after the worship part of our meeting. Coffee is served at the end of the meeting.
